From a 1998 recording project with a Michel Nesmith tribute band, The Third National Band. The song was written by Mike in 1966 and, in 1967, became a hit record for The Stone Poneys featuring Linda Rondstadt. The track marked a unique fusion of baroque pop and country rock.
