about

(I Wanna Bein) Pennsylvania" is an ode to Pennsylvania much like those "American tales" the Beach Boys used to make. Mike Roe (of The 77s) makes a creamy cameo vocal appearance on the bridge. If you listen closely, you'll hear a number of PA town names being dropped. In 2007, this track was remixed and issued on my GRATEFUL CD.

This photo was taken in Erie PA, where I shared the stage with a massive pipe organ.
